The ideal candidate will have a Portfolio/ Property Management background and is ready to take on this major role for multiple condo and HOA clients.
Job Description:
CAM will work closely with the Board of Directors of the property to maintain and improve the condition of the property, manage the budget, attend board meetings, prepare reports for the board and ensure timely completion of projects.
Operations Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the property to ensure excellent service and minimum interruption of service.
Property Maintenance: Solicit bids, provide comparisons, and monitor all maintenance programs relating to the interior mechanisms and esthetic appearance of the property, building and sustaining strong relationships with vendors.
Owner Representation: The sole and ultimate liaison for all resolutions of the property, utilizing sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts.
Communication: Manages individual account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicating professionally both oral and written information effectively. Develop and monitor property budgets on a timely basis in a manner that supports the financial expectations of the Board and Association. Coordinates, negotiates, and issues vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreement.
Responsible for the administration and organization of the property, including adhering to the our standard filing system, Association document retention to ensure seamless retrieval of information. A high level of administrative skills is required, as well as a thorough knowledge and understanding of the property’s projects, contracts, events, etc.
Prepares and distributes monthly Board Packets to the Board of Directors consisting of a management report outlining actions required, proposals, correspondence and financial reporting.
Daily use of company software, Outlook, Word and Excel for communication, organization, and detailed follow-through. Personal and client calendars will be utilized to track goals and accomplish tasks.
Candidate will work as an employee with us and is compensated monthly on a per unit basis in accordance with a tiered commission schedule in addition to a vehicle/fuel and cell phone override also on a monthly per unit basis. Any qualified candidate will work up to their full potential in a strategic manner keeping in mind we pride our operation on a sustainable manager-to-client ratio.

Requirements Qualified candidates will possess the following traits:
Current Florida CAM in good standing.
- At least some college-level education is preferred with proven leadership and problem solving skills.
- At least 1 year, but preferably 2 or more years’ experience in condominium and/or HOA association management.
- Organizational and reasoning aptitude
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Good time-management habits
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks
- SOLID MicrosoftOffice experience and basic PC knowledge.
- TOPS experience preferred
- Must be able to manage emails and navigate the use of an electronic filing system.
