Laurel Club consists of 112 villas located off of Willow Pond Road in West Palm Beach, FL 33417. The property offers a 1 car garage and extra spaces for guest parking. The neighborhood also has a satellite pool for its residents and has a great clubhouse with a very large pool, tennis courts, fitness center and pool tables. The clubhouse also has a large library room and community room for events and social gatherings. Pets are welcome with no restrictions on weight limits. There is a rental screening process involved for new renters as well as a limit on the number of renters allowed at any given time. The community is close to shopping, restaurants and the following schools: Seminole Trails Elementary School, Bear Lakes Middle School and Palm Beach Lakes High School.
