Our Community

The Towns consists of 80 townhomes located off of Willow Pond Road in West Palm Beach, FL 33417. The property has private garages and assigned parking spots. The neighborhood also has a satellite pool for its residents and has a great clubhouse with a very large pool, tennis courts, fitness center and pool tables. The clubhouse also has a large library room and community room for events and social gatherings. Pets are welcome with no restrictions on weight limits. There is a rental screening process involved for new renters as well as a limit on the number of renters allowed at any given time. The community is close to shopping, restaurants and the following schools: Seminole Trails Elementary School, Bear Lakes Middle School and Palm Beach Lakes High School.
